What does FSH mean?

FSH stands for Full Service History. It means the car has had every scheduled service done on time throughout its life, with some kind of record to prove it - a stamped service book, invoices, or digital service records.

What it means for a buyer: a full service history is generally a good sign a car's been looked after, and it can support the car's value when you come to sell it on. It doesn't guarantee there's nothing wrong with the car, but it does mean routine maintenance items, like oil changes and filters, are less likely to have been skipped.

It's worth asking to actually see the history rather than taking "FSH" on trust from an advert - a genuine service history should show dates, mileages and what was done at each visit.
